A. Manuscript Requirements

- Results (data presented with clarity; avoid interpretation)
- Discussion (theoretical/practical implications, limitations)
- References (strict adherence to APA style)
- Appendices (if applicable: raw data, coding schemes, IRB approvals)
2. Empirical Focus: Prioritize studies with:
- Clear research questions/hypotheses
- Robust sampling strategies (e.g., power analysis for quantitative studies; purposive sampling for qualitative work)
- Triangulation of data sources (e.g., interviews, observations, assessments)
- Transparency in data analysis (e.g., inter-coder reliability metrics, effect sizes)
3. Ethical Compliance:
- Include IRB approval documentation for human subjects research.
- Adhere to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
B. Special Notes for Early-Career Researchers
- Graduate students (MA/PhD candidates) may submit work-in-progress papers (5,000–6,000 words) under the mentorship of senior scholars.
